职位描述
岗位职责：Job Responsibility
1、负责国内外订单的跟踪、单证、物流、以及跟单工作中涉及的各项内容；
responsible for tracking of orders both domestic and abroad, and all contents involved in the logistics and documentary work;
2. 参与大项目的洽谈与跟进，协助项目经理解决项目跟进中的问题并最终签约；
Participate in big projects negotiation and follow up, assist project manager to solve problems in project follow up and ultimately help to complete the contract signing
3. 协助销售人员进行客户的维护管理，熟悉公司产品、了解公司销售模式.
Assist sales staff for customer's maintenance management, familiar with the products of the company and understand company's sales model
4、协调订单运输以及与货代，船公司之间的联络；
Coordinate for transportation and contact freight forwarders and the shipping company
5、及时反馈客户投诉，并跟踪进展，直至投诉结束;
Feedback customer's complaints timely and tracking progress, until the end of a complaint
6、配合财务做好核销，对帐工作；
Cooperate with financial work
7、上级交办的其他工作
Other work assigned by Superior
职位要求： job requirements
1、大学本科以上学历； 国际贸易、英语、市场营销等专业，英语6级以上优先考虑
Bachelor degree or above; Major of International trade, Marketing and English etc, CET 6 or above is preferred
2、有外贸跟单相关领域工作经验优先，优秀的应届毕业生也可考虑。
Have related working experience of foreign trade documentary is preferred, outstanding fresh graduates may also be considered
3、英语良好，熟练操作OFFICE软件；
Good command of English and Office software
4、擅长沟通协调、与人合作，有较强的客户服务意识；
Good at communication and cooperation, has the strong sense of customer service
5、工作热情主动，有责任心，个性开朗，具有良好的团队意识。
have enthusiasm and work initiatively, has the sense of responsibility, good personality, has the good team consciousness
