职位描述
a. 开拓目标市场，达成个人和团队绩效目标；
b. 分析客户类型，挖掘客户需求。
c. 协助制定市场营销方案，提供合理化意见及建议。
d. 为客户提供专业咨询服务；
e. 与客户保持良好的沟通和联络，并进行客户满意度调查。
f. 培训并激励员工做好销售工作
g. 优化销售流程，并监督流程的贯彻执行情况，提高服务质量。

职位要求
a. 喜欢销售工作，能够承受压力；
b. 具备良好的沟通能力，语言表达能力强，思维敏捷，具有较强的社交能力；
c. 良好的谈判及分析能力；
d. 责任心强，具有良好的团队合作精神；
e. 对营销各关键环节的理解力、判断力和执行力；
f. 了解汽车基础知识
g. 三年以上汽车行业、保险销售从业经验
h. 具有汽车驾驶执照者优先
