协助物业客服主任完成物业费收缴工作，建立客户档案等工作。

主要职责：
1、负责服务中心前台接报修及客户相关投诉问题处理及回访工作；
2、负责办理客户房屋交付、退租、装修等相关流程；
3、负责协调处理客户租赁、装修、服务等相关工作；
4、负责协调管理物业相关配套设施的工作；
5、负责收缴物业相关费用，建立并做好相关收费记录；
6、协调服务中心与当地房办、警署等职能部门工作；
7、协助上级领导处理其他事宜。

任职资格：
熟练使用Office、Excel等办公软件；
工作认真负责、责任心强、良好的沟通和抗压能力、有团队合作意识；

专业知识 通晓企业管理知识、具备物业管理知识
工作经验 具有2年以上相关商办物业的工作经验；
教育背景 全日制本科以上学历
外语水平 具备良好的听、说、读、写综合能力
计算机技能 熟练运用办公自动化软件
专业资格 管理或相关专业

Shanghai Museum of Glass was initiated and funded by Shanghai Glass Co.,Ltd.,which had witnessed the development of the glass industry in Shanghai and attentively preserved and inherited a century-old history and its product culture.
An investigation group was organized to visit and inspect dozens of famous museums in the world and an architectural design team headed by Tilman Thuermer from Germany to undertake the main renovation for the interior space of Shanghai Museum of Glass. The design of the Museum integrates both new and existing structures, which keeps and highlights the features of the old workshop, and also gives the architecture new functionality and iconic status, created a series of changing of new and old. Shanghai Museum of Glass covers a building area of about 5,000 m2.
Shanghai Museum of glass advocated creating a more colorful and wonderful glass art space, in addition, guided by the direction towards community-style development. From the architectural glass to the top of the glass works of art, sharing so as to present the most beautiful and most wonderful technologies to the public.
