Job Title: Accountant

Responsibilities:

The tasks include but are not limited to:
- Insure the proper and timely booking of all documents, transactions and estimates necessary to maintain the general ledger and attached sub-ledgers (A/R, A/P, Fixed assets ect.);
- Prepare monthly PL/BS/Trial balance ect and to support month-end closing;
- Prepare the intercompany transaction list;
- Assist to prepare the consolidated Intercompany reconciliation;
- Prepare consolidated PRC financial reports and to ensure all the general ledger accounts are reconciled;
- Prepare and consolidate the weekly A/R and A/P aging report;
- Monthly Physical Register maintenance for Fixed assets etc.;
- Statistic the revenue and ODC for each project;
- Monthly tax declare: VAT, IIT and surtax which required by Local tax authority;
- Quarterly and Annually tax return for CIT;
- Prepare monthly statistical report to Bureau of Statistics;
- Assist in annual inspection of Business license, tax registration cetification etc;
- Assist in temporary tax inspection;
- Assist in annual financial statement audit, prepare and collect the materials requested by the auditor, and coordinate with related functions and department to support the audit;
- Other ad hoc task;


Requirements:

- University graduate in Accounting or related;
- 3-5 years experiences in Finance/Accounting with multi-national companies;
- Be familiar with local accounting and tax regulations for foreign enterprises.
- Good command of English;
- Strong work commitment and can work under pressure.
- Communication skills, interpersonal skills, team work spirit;
- Familiar with ERP finance modules, experience in UFIDA would be advantageous;
