职位描述

Location:Shanghai
Reporting to: Managing Director

Major Duties & Responsibilities
· To develop the sales strategy, the business plan and the yearly budget.
· To set the profit targets in close cooperation with the sales team, the Group Sales Director and the managing director.
· To bear the responsibility of achieving the targets in terms of sales revenues, profitability and growth.
· To develop the business to communicate with senior management of customers to deliver proper and professional presentations, sales conditions, technical information, introduction the Group catalogues.
· To design a KAM for the sales team to be applied to daily operations.
· To keep updated the monthly and weekly reports to be sent to the headquarter.
· To maximize the communication and to transfer the updated information to the sales team in China.
· To report constantly to the Managing Director and to the Group Sales Director together with the Regional manager the on ongoing activities, selling targets achievements, and all the reports requested by the head quarter regarding sales figures.
· To conduct market research and strategic analysis and to issue the business plan for the sales function.
· To develop existing customer satisfaction by providing higher level service, continuous information flow and support, assuring requested profitability.
· To develop new accounts by providing products information and solutions and new ideas about local market.
· To lead sales team in order to achieve yearly and monthly targets in a professional and effective way looking at results.
· To manage overall sales process and to develop the local pricing policies in accordance with the managing director and according to the headquarter's guidelines.
· To conduct field visits on a regular basis providing frequent coaching and feedback to develop team's competences (approximately 50% of the working time to be spent outside visiting customers)
· To build a strong relation with headquarter to provide better business penetration and service to Chinese accounts.
· To work closely with other company's functions and relevant positions at the headquarter level.

Qualifications
· Strong sales related experiences as pre-requisite, good sales and marketing skills as well as technical orientation.
· Strong business relationship with key accounts.
· A mature team leader and people manager, able to lead by example and strongly willing to work on a target oriented basis.
· Entrepreneurial spirit, highly self-motivated and ambitious, positive attitude and problem solving.
· Strong analytical skills, good at reporting on figures and situations.
· Excellent team spirit and ability to work on a matrix organization.
· Highly organized with strong presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills.
· Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English (spoken and written), Italian will be considered as a plus.
· Experience of working in a multicultural environment, charismatic profile.
