一、岗位职责：
1、制定行政制度、流程并监督实施；
2、固定资产申购、清点、维护、报废管理；
3、管理维护办公环境，处理公司装修、修补、绿化管理事宜；
4、办公设备、办公用品供应商寻找、维护，办公设备、办公用品管理；
5、公司合同管理、印章管理；
6、与物业保持良好沟通，对物业费、保洁费进行结算管理；
7、车辆管理与月度费用结算，包括车辆购置、报废、年检、协调、维修、清洗、油卡管理、驾驶人员工资结算等；
8、员工宿舍管理，包括宿舍寻找、签约、维护、房租结算等；
9、日常通讯管理，包括每月固定电话账单核对，电话路线管理、维护；
10、ISO年检协作；
11、企业资质、证照办理、年检；
12、企业文化建设：包括年度旅游、节日活动策划、企业VI、信息管理等。

二、任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，行政管理、文秘类专业优先；
2、同类岗位经验三年以上。有管理经验者佳；
3、掌握行政管理知识、相关法律法规；
4、有公文处理、后勤服务、文档管理经验；
5、具备沟通协调能力，有与政府部门沟通经验；
6、熟悉日常英语；
7、熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT、Visio软件；
8、能够独立处理问题、积极主动、抗压能力强；
9、有优化创新能力。
