Responsibilities:
*Hardfacing and welding of metallurgical equipment/parts according to company’s manufacturing procedures and quality standards
*Hands-on leadership of Welding team (full engagement in manufacturing process)
*Organization and supervision of hardfacing and welding procedures and specifications (WPS/PQR) throughout production;
*Production-planning and -organization acc. to company’s project schedule
*Management and maintenance of workshop & welding equipment
*Technical liaison between international specialist and local operators
Qualifications:
*Relevant vocational background (Welding and/or equivalent Engineering degree, vocational school)
*Relevant vocational experience (proficient welding skills are an advantage)
*Proficient mechanical craftsmanship (hands-on) is mandatory
*Working experience in foreign enterprise and/or in technologically advanced equipment manufacture is an advantage
*Proficient handling of workshop equipment/tools/cranes also.
Requirements:
*Pro-active attitude
*Proficiency in English (written and oral)
*Basic knowledges in MS office
*Experience in SAP is an advantage
*Familiar with QMS ISO9001 system
