岗位职责
1、协助投资人和决策层制定公司发展战略，达成公司中长期目标；
2、建立健全工厂管理系统和各项规章制度，确保各项工作按质量体系流程运行；
3、负责工厂的日常管理工作及员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
4、负责工厂各部门的组织管理、人员配置、设备配置及生产计划安排；
5、督促各部门进行生产、成本、财务、质量、储运等工作，并激励其工作绩效；
6、完成公司全年的指标和任务；完成公司交给的其他工作。

任职资格
1、大学专科及以上学历；3年以上小型CNC数控加工企业同等管理经验
2、熟悉CNC数控加工、铸造、注塑、钣金等常规生产和工艺流程；熟悉喷砂、拉丝、钝化、阳极氧化、电镀、喷漆等表面处理；
3、熟悉工厂的生产运作和管理，拥有丰富的生产管理、成本控制、财务管理、质量管理、物流管理方面的经验；
4、熟悉ISO9000、TS16949和5S现场管理，具备全面的精益生产理念和丰富的实践经验；
5、工作计划性好，决策、贯彻、执行、沟通、协调、组织能力强，为人真实、坦诚；
6、基本的英文读、写、听、说能力；
7、有优先的商务能力、有客户资源者优先。
Plant Manager_PWU
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1、Assist the investor to determine the plant development strategy, achieve the mid-term and long-term targets,
2、Build and implement plant managing systems, ensure that plant is running under the control of quality system.
3、Be responsible for daily management and employee’s training, instruction, management and evaluation.
4、Be responsible for all departments organization, configuration and production arrangements.
5、Supervise the operations of production, cost, finance, quality, logistic etc. for all departments, and to ensure the departments working performance,
6、Achieve the plant’s yearly goal and tasks, achieve other matters appointed by the top brass.

QUALIFICATIONS
1、College or above, at least threeyears’plant manager experience at small CNC or NC factory.
2、Be familiar with the normal manufacture processes including CNC/NC machining, casting, plastics injection, sheet-metal. Be familiar with finishes such as sandblasting, graining, chemical film, anodize, painting, plating and so on.
3、Be familiar with plant operation, rich managements on production, cost control, finance, quality, logistics.
4、Be familiar with ISO9000、TS16949 and 5S, rich experience and theory such as lean production.
5、Good planner, strong ability on execution, implement, communication, coordination and organization. Honest and team player.
6、Basic skills in both written and spoken English.
7、Good business sense and with customer resources are preferable.
