职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Monitor performance calibration. Ensure that calibration model is followed and documented. Train and supervise new staff responsible for calibrating and verifying monitor performance.
o All deployed monitors are within accuracy tolerance as specified
o All monitors either calibrated and ready to deploy, or troubleshooting initiated within 10 days of arrival
? Maintain accountability of all monitoring assets and control the prioritization of asset deployment.
o 100% of monitoring assets are tracked and assigned to correct owner and eventually client
? Manage deployment, to include on-site validation, microsite customization, and customer training.
o 100% of monitors are deployed according to SOP
? Post-installation support, to include troubleshooting, client support, scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance, and report generation as needed.
o Performance uptime > 95%
o Identification of problems (stale or inaccurate readings) before client finds > 90%
o Response time within 3 hours during business hours; within 12 hours out of business hours (unless custom service level agreement)
Authoring and communicating software needs and features to the software development team. Product Owner (PO) on software features related to hard and soft calibration of monitors as well as deployment of monitors.
Requirements:
? Prior work experience in any of the following fields: engineering, computer programming, web design, user experience design, communications or marketing, graphic design, sales, cloud-based software, mobile technologies, sensor hardware/software, databases, and commercialization of data
? Strong and effective communicator – both written and spoken
? Must be able to speak/read English; strong written English is priority
? Chinese language ability is good to have but not critical
