Job Responsibilities:
The Business Development Senior Officer will be responsible for all aspects of business developing of new project units related to overseas expansion. This includes:
1. Projecting business opportunities in concrete action plans in relation to Overseas investment
2. Setting clear targets and methodology to achieve the projects
3. Establishing the right partnership with overseas service providers and finding the right products to promote through AQUASPACE selected clients.
4. Designing, marketing and selling strategies to reach the clients.
5. Working with other teams of Aquaspace and create synergies to generate business opportunities and collateral sales.
6. Providing first-class customer service with expert advice in the area of overseas investment.
7. Supervising the investment arrangements and overall supply chain for the customers.
8. Ensure excellence of service and professionalism during the whole supply chain for all the investment process by monitoring, controlling and optimizing the co-operation.
9. Identifying future opportunities of business development overseas.
10. Assist and cooperate with the travel department team in any daily procedures.
Job Requirements:
Entrepreneurial spirit
Being able to initiate and complete projects with self-initiative using resources with creativity.
Being very pro-active, self-critic and solution-oriented.
Passion about entrepreneurship:

Outstanding customer service:

Fluency in both Chinese and English:
Being able to independently communicate professionally in any of this language to promote and explain with accuracy all related aspects to real estate overseas investment.
Working experience in Start up projects &/or Real Estate industry:
At least two years working in any of these sectors, being familiar with design and implementation of marketing strategies. Good operational management working with both customers and suppliers.
Added values:
Native Shanghaineese language.
Spanish and/or Portuguese language.
Public presentation skills, advanced use of PowerPoint.
Comfortable with iOS Mac computers.
Familiar with digital image editing software.
Social media literate (Wechat, Youku, Facebook, Pinterest, G+)
Web design experience (Wordpress platform, simple HTML).
