职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with Marketing team on creating promotions, sales, advertisements, packaging and graphics for various areas on our website.
2. Work closely with photography team on photo retouching and improvement of photos to fit our website style. Retouching includes but not restricted to adjustments to lighting, shadows, cleanliness, color, contrast, etc.
3. Report and work closely with our American design lead.
Requirements:
1. Strong in PS and AI.
2. Proficient in Flash, HTML, CSS, Microsoft Excel, PPT, Word.
3. Bachelor’s or equivalent professional degree in Art Direction/Graphic Designer.
4. More then two years of high-end brand visual design experience.
5. Strong knowledge and interest in Chinese consumer demands and is familiar with the eCommerce industry in China. Knowing home goods industry is a big plus.
6. Familiar with e-Commerce companies and follows closely to trends and technology.
7. English reading and writing is required.
8. English speaking and listening is a plus.
9. Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills in a team work environment.
10. Open minded, adaptable, efficient, professional, and self motivated.
11. Able to prioritize and work on tight deadlines.
12. Able to receive and work well with critiques and constructive criticism.
