Sr. Purchasing Engineer 高级采购工程师 (电子、电气类)

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

- To develop new potential supplier and accomplish the project localization requirements;

- Price negotiation and commercial terms discussion with suppliers;

- To organize and cooperate with Quality to conduct the new supplier’s qualification and normal quality audits;

- To implement and follow up the Group strategy purchasing policies;

- To conduct new project new parts RFQs and benchmark to meet and project target cost requirements;

- Purchasing following up for prototype producing;

- To conduct the annual supplier performance evaluation;

- Work closely with SQE to push the supplier continuous quality improvement;

- Daily supplier relationship management;

- To ensure the Department purchasing KPI’s realization;

- To finish other tasks assigned by Purchasing Manager;

Qualification Requirements:

- BS degree in electric or electronical

- At least 6 years purchasing experience in heavy manufacturing company;

- Air Conditioning or railway industry working experience would be a plus;

- El-mechanism or rubber plastics purchasing experience;

- Strong knowledge on technical drawings and requirements;

- General know-how of mechanical parts manufacturing process;

- Good written and oral communication skills in English;

- Willingness to travel;
