职位描述
1. Job Summary
The position is to focus on China Personal Care and Home Care Sales development in both volume & margin. This function is responsible for realization of sales target, sales operation, support market development, sales team development, customer & supplier relationship management, monitoring competitions & industry trend for Personal Care and Home Care business in China.
2. Key Responsibilities
(Major Activities of position, framework and boundaries of the job, challenges, etc)
· Develop & implement mid and long term Personal Care and Home Care sales strategy in China for achieving a sustainable profitable business growth in safe and ethical manner.
· Establish & meet annual Personal Care and Home Care China sales budget/objectives, and lead the team to achieve sales growth, cost control and other key matrixes across products and segments.
· Work closely with Business Development (BD) team to ensure the market intelligence (eg. Market trend, opportunities) & competitors’ information (eg. Benchmarking, merge & acquisitions) is feed, and also to ensure BD projects implementation and follow ups.
· Demonstrate Customer Ownership: manage sales channels; build up & implement Customer relationship management & Customer power map; work on customer segmentations & new customer identification.
· Put efforts and contribute to the working capital: inventory control, demand forecast and account receivable
· Manage key Suppliers and products, strengthen relationship with local managers of key suppliers
· Lead and develop a sustainable and professional Sales team in China through coaching & developing people and create a health culture for high performance.
· Ensure smooth sales transactions, provide technical services, coordinate customer complains, etc.
3. Accountability & Key Dimensions

Key Dimensions is significant quantities on which the job has some direct or indirect impact (numerical data) eg. annual budget, costs, expenses; annual revenue, sales turnover; number of suppliers, projects, etc.)
The position will have 5-7 direct reports, total 20-30 employees in 3 offices and 4+ home offices 20-40 million USD annual revenue. The position is expected to grow sales 20-30%/p.a. continuously in the next 3-5 years. The position need to manage 5-10 key suppliers.
4. Essential Skills/Traits/Competencies
(Academic qualifications, Experiences, Personal attributes, Knowledge & skills)
· Bachelor/Master in sales & marketing, business administration, chemical, sciences or related topics. MBA is preferred.
· 10 years of sales & marketing experiences in the Personal Care /Home Care/Chemical industry or related industry with 5 years or more experience in management roles.
· Demonstrated leadership capabilities and high integrity that has successfully delivered and engaged the organization in accordance with targets and expectations.
· Demonstrated experience and ability to develop mid and long term strategies and strategy execution capabilities.
· Strong leadership and management skills to be able to provide direction, set priorities and objectives to drive the operational business.
· Ability to develop, coach and guide the team to create a motivated and assertive organization.
· Ability to build network and market intelligence in the industry.
· Ability to develop, negotiate and implement business plans and actions based on agreed plan targets.
· Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English language with strong understanding and appreciation for both cultures.
