Job Responsibility
岗位职责：
1. Fully responsible for all chain restaurants.
全面负责各个餐厅的餐饮服务管理。

2. Perambulate restaurants regularly to check work quality, and ensure the operation and service standard of restaurants.
定期深入各餐厅检查工作，确保餐厅的日常营运与高服务标准。

3. Build good relationship with guest and be responsible for the guest’s satisfaction and service qualification.
建立良好的客户关系，主动询问客人对本餐厅的意见和建议，积极认真地处理顾客的投诉，保证最大限度地满足顾客的餐饮需求，提高餐饮服务质量。

4. In charge of dealing with the suggestion and complaint happened at restaurant and inform it to GM in time.
负责处理各餐厅內发生的问题和投诉，并及时向上级汇报。

5. Make promotion of restaurants according to marketing and customer needs.
熟悉本行业的目标市场，了解消费者的餐饮需求，并推出餐饮促销活动。

6. Update the menu of restaurants with Executive Chef.
与行政总厨协作沟通，更新餐厅菜单。

7. Assist GM of F&B to complete training, recruitment and other F&B works.
协助公司完成部门培训、面试及餐饮部的各项工作。

Job Qualifications:
任职资格：
1. Have outstanding leadership and management skills. And it is a plus to have above 5-year chain restaurant management experience.
有优秀的领导及管理能力，有5年以上连锁餐饮管理经验。

2. Good communication skills and skills at spoken English.
具备良好的沟通技能与英语会话能力。

3. Familiar with the operation of F&B and have professional service skills.
熟悉餐饮营运模式，有专业的服务技能。

4. Bright and outgoing, have strong service consciousness and responsibility.
头脑灵活、具有较强的服务意识和责任感。
