职位描述
岗位职责：
1、熟悉公司产品的操作流程和特点，负责APP产品的日常运营工作，包括用户和内容创建、配置、部署等服务工作
2、协助公司推广方案的落地执行，提升用户体验和活跃度等；
3、负责APP运营数据的初步分析，以及推广渠道数据的监控和跟踪。定期完成运营分析报告,通过数据分析及时调整推广策略，为客户端产品及运营活动持续发展提出建议。
4、通过业务数据和用户反馈，分析用户需求、行为，不断优化产品的功能及页面，提升用户黏度
5、负责手机客户端产品的推广工作，策划、组织推广活动，并进行分析和效果评估
岗位要求：
1、专科以上学历，英文基础良好。可接收实习生或应届生应聘。
2、有较强的沟通交流能力，较强的团队凝聚力
3、性格开朗、稳重、工作态度积极主动、有较强敬业精神
