Job Description:
Provide technical sales support to sales team and customer, handle and process customer complainiption.
Generation of complaints in the K3-System; Processing of complaints handling customer inquiries.
Administration of site tools for vulcanization; Administration Trainings; Generation of reporting; Generation of Info sheets;
Offers and solutions to customer; Technical application advice to the customer;
Participation and support in root cause analysis and judging of complaints;
Support Creation of handrail specifications;
Technical customer Presentations; Technical coordination with quality and production department.

Reqirement:
University or High Tech/Engineering College degree required.
3 years working experience in related industry required, preferred in handrail.
Good English and PC skill, good communication and team player, good at technical analysis, product, production process, quality and customer oriented, good problem solving skills are required.
Can work under strong pressure
Willing to travel for business, even in the midnight for urgent cases.
