JD:

1.Time monitoring and control.

Monitoring the status of all projects to update project progress and report changes to the schedule baseline by coordinating among internal PMs.

2.Costs monitoring and control.

Monitoring the status of the project to update the project budget and report changes to the cost baseline. With the regular costs control during the project period, PME reports the currently incurred costs, forecasts the costs in the future and ensures the total costs are below the budget and achieve the target.

3.Scope monitoring and control.

Controls and monitors the project will be delivered according to the previously defined scope. Any changes between owner and contractors will be tracked accordingly and followed in the claim list.

4.Payment management.

Follows and ensures every payment according to contract and project time schedule.

5.Reporting.

Regular reporting to company managements about time, cost, quality and other project status.

6.Documentation management

Manage the documentation according to JV’s ISO procedure to ensure managements can review the project documentation at any time. Ensure the project documentation will be in good order after project completion and will ensure all project documentation is available for future audit.

7.Coordination & Organization.

Playing the interface to internals and externals, organizing/attending project meeting internal or external with PMs for trouble-shooting, action plan for open points or other issues according to above changes report.

8.Other assignments assigned by supervisor.

Qualification

1.Bachelor degree or above in environment or comparable engineering study.

2.5+ years’ working experience in engineering field.

3.3+ years’ experience about project management in a comparable technical field.

4.Excellent communication skills and leadership behavior. High responsible and initiative working attitudes.

5.Good English skill in written and oral is a must.

6.Have continuous will and ability of learning

7.Proficient computer skills about Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoints, Project.

8.PMI qualification is preferred.
