【工作职责】：
1.负责公司资金运作管理、日常财务管理与分析、资本运作、筹资方略等；
2.负责项目成本核算与控制；
3.负责公司财务管理于内部控制，根据公司业务发展完成年度内财务预算，并跟踪执行；
4.按时向总经理提供财务报表和财务分析，并确保数据准确、可靠；
5.组织制定财务管理制度及有关规定，并监督执行，制定财务计划；
6.监控可能会对公司造成重大影响的经济活动，及时向总经理汇报；
7.全面负责公司的财务管理工作财务管理工作；
8.负责资金、资产的管理工作；
9.负责公司与银行、税务、工商及其他机构的关系，及时办理公司与其之间的业务工作；
10.负责编制、组织实施财务预算报告；
11.完成上级交给的其他临时性工作。



【任职资格】：
1.3年以上的会计或出纳工作经验，有会计从业资格证书
2.全面的财务专业知识及管理经验，具备优秀的统计能力及财务分析能力；
3.熟悉国家汇集准则及相关的财务，税务’审计法规，政策；
4.熟练使用财务软件；
5.良好的职业素养。
6.工作细致、责任心强、有良好的沟通能力及团队意识
