Summary of Job Function :
工作职责

1. 负责AUTO / SMT /Touch Screen车间设备的日常维修／定期保养
2. 负责AUTO / SMT /Touch Screen车间设备的日常维修记录汇总分析
3. 负责AUTO / SMT /Touch Screen车间设备常见故障分析改善
4. 负责联系供应商处理设备故障／配件购买／Methode自行设计配件加工

1. Be responsible for routine repairing work / scheduled PM for equipments located in AUTO / SMT / Touch screen workshop
2. Be responsible for collection and statistics of the repairing log sheet for equipments located in AUTO / SMT / Touch screen workshop
3. Analysis the root cause for the troubles occurred with high frequency for equipments located in AUTO / SMT / Touch screen workshop and do the improvement
4. Be responsible for contact the suppliers to deal with the equipment troubles / parts purchasing / making the parts designed by methode




Specific Responsibilities:

1. 带头处理现场电气 + PLC故障问题
2. 带头改善现场电气 + PLC故障问题
3. 带头现场实施OPS +OPL
4. 联系供应商处理任何Methode中国不能处理的电气和PLC程序问题
5. 配合主管管理电气配件
6. 记录关键维修过程入维修规范文件
7. 配合ME/DE做项目和做DOE测试

1.lead troubleshooting on line for any electricity + PLC program issues on line
2.lead the improvement activitites for any electricity + PLC program issues on line
3.lead OPS ( one point suggestion ) + OPL (one point lesson ) implementation on line
4.contact suppliers for any troubleshooting related electricity + PLC program issue which can not be dealed with by Methode china
5.support supervisor for the electricity components spart parts management
6.document the key troubleshooting process into the repairing spec
7.support ME/DE to do the project or DOE test


Know-How Requirements
职位要求:

1、 大专以上学历
2、 电气自动化控制、机电一体化相关专业
3、 汽车行业或半导体行业五年以上设备维护工作经验
4、 能独立设计/调试PLC程序（OMRON /三菱品牌），懂Labview编程更佳
5、 懂机械结构并能使用AUTOCAD软件更佳
6、 英语读写说表达能力良好

1. Junior college degree
2. Major in electrical automatic control or mechatronics
3. Over 5 years maintenance working experience in AUTO or Semi-conduct industry
4. Independently compile / debug PLC program ( OMRAN / MITSUBISHI brand ), more better to know LABVIEW program
5. It’s more better to know mechanism structure and AUTOCAD software usage
6. Good English listening / reading / writing skill
