工作职责：
1、电话接听及转接；
2、来宾、面试人员的接待及安排；
3、快递、传真的收发；
4、检查员工每日到岗情况及报告；
5、办理员工入职、离职、请假手续；
6、更新员工通讯录，员工名册，并及时共享到通讯录；
7、为新员工建立人事档案资料；
8、整理总经理办公室；
9、录入、查找工作需要的资料；
10、负责公司各部门的办公用品的领用和分发；
11、负责文件的打印、复印；
12、发布、更新网站的招聘信息（58同城、赶集网招聘、选宝网、前程无忧、大上海人才网等）；
13、桶装水及公司日常用品的预定；
14、维护公司良好形象，维持办公环境整洁；
15、协助部门经理进行内务、安全管理，为其他部门提供有效的行政服务；
16、完成上级分配的其他工作。

待遇：面议
