上海招聘

1、受理（百度商桥、商务通、微信、微博等）客户在线咨询、投诉等；
2、在部门同事的帮助下，制定日、月和年度的资源接收目标；
3、统计并与销售部进行当日资源对接；
4、分析和制定问题客户答疑话术，完成客户的疑虑解答工作；
5、对网络客户资源的质量、数量予以统计和调查，并对其进行数据分析；
6、电话回访客户，详细登记客户资料和数据并及时录入电脑系统；
7、及时学习掌握公司藏品信息；
8、公司各类活动及客户礼品发放邀约通知；
9、拍卖会、古董艺术品展览会、鉴定大会等大型活动的配合。

任职资格：
1、具有高度的保密意识；
2、会讲普通话，打字速度快，具备良好的沟通能力及应变能力；
3、具有良好的服务意识，性格开朗，工作耐心、细致；
4、具有较强的执行能力，能尽快根据指示处理工作事务；
5、有电话营销经验者优先。

薪资待遇：
3k-5k+饭补+话补+额外奖励+出国旅游+五险一金

工作时间：
做六休一 9：30-17：30
