The eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions team is currently seeking a Specialist, Reporting & Analytics. As a Specialist, Reporting & Analytics, you will use a variety of data sources and software tools such as SAS, SQL, and Excel to develop reports and insights based on specification provided by clients or client analytical lead. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming, Statistics or related technical/quantitative field; Master degree a plus
Responsibility:
? 1-3 years professional experience in an analytical role (prior experience in Agency/consulting or Internet industry a plus) ? Confident to deal with large scale relational database; Proficiency with Database query(SQL) and statistical tools (SAS, SPSS or R); Effectively use the tools for data extraction, manipulation and reporting ? Able to take broad specifications or requests from Client and ask the right “questions” to help fine tune the request to help deliver reporting needs. ? Good knowledge on CRM concept, understand basic CRM operation and key KPI ? Good communication skills; Be able to explain data into meaningful business insight. ? Able to plan, organize, & work on multiple projects at once
