工作内容：

1. SAP系统销售入账及开具GTS销售货物增值税发票及外销发票，并寄给客户。

2. 每月发送客户对账单，及时完成各月应收账款的对账工作。

3. 及时完成应收账款相关的财务销售报表（包含Weekly report、Selling sheet report、Order report、Backlog report、Receivable report、Provision for bad debts）

4. 收到客户款项后及时输入SAP 系统，每月月底进行应收预收对冲。及时完成应收账款的凭证编制。

5. 组织销售召开信用控制会议（对账期和逾期账款）。

6. 领导安排的其他工作等。

职位要求：

1. 应持有会计上岗证。
2. 具备一定的会计工作经验，熟悉应收账款模块。
3. 英语良好，具有书写英文邮件能力。
4. 具有一定的SAP系统操作经验，熟悉SAP系统。
5. 工作认真负责、具有责任心。
