岗位职责：
1、完善企业招聘制度、招聘体系及招聘流程；
2、分析公司人力资源需求，参与制定招聘计划并组织实施；
3、拟定招聘方案，组织实施招聘活动；
4、甄别、选择、建立和维护合适的招聘渠道；
5、进行工作分析，完成职位说明书以及简历甄别和招聘测试、面试、筛选、录用等；
6、制定招聘预算并控制执行；
7、分析、评估招聘效果；
8、建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制。
任职资格：

1、两年以上招聘工作经验，对该领域及相关领域工作经验者优先；
2、熟悉招聘流程，熟练运用各种招聘工具和手段，丰富的招聘经验及技巧，熟悉国家相关法律法规；
3、具有良好的职业道德和职业操守及良好的团队合作意识；
4、优秀的语言表达及沟通能力，协调能力、亲和力和明锐的洞察能力和分析判断力。
