Responsibilities职责:
1、Be responsible for developing related project WI, flow chart, PFMEA and process card
负责相关项目作业指导书、流程图、过程失效模式分析和工艺卡的开发和编制
2、Maintain product BOM according to technical BOM in MFG system
根据技术BOM在MFG系统中维护物料清单
3、Organize the capability study and analyses; Responsible for PV batch assembly
组织产能研究和分析；负责过程验证件的装配
4、Ensure relevant documents, files, drawing keeping in order
确保相关文件图纸存放和记录
5、Support process improvements on quality, efficiency and cost reduction through UTE-Team activity
通过UTE活动提高产品质量和工作效率，降低成本
6、Select, recommend machine, fixture, tooling supplier with Technology and Maintenance engineer. Define the technical requirement and contract. Cooperate with other engineers to complete the installation, setup, acceptance
同技术维修工程师合作，挑选、推荐设备、夹具、工具的供应商；定义技术要求，签订技术合同；与其他工程师一起完成安装调试和设备验收
7、As a leader in industrialization phase coordinate and monitor the proceeding of project and take action accordingly to guarantee the SOP
作为产品工业化阶段的负责人，协调监督项目进展并采取相应措施确保产品按时投产
8、Evaluate the investment based on the capacity and timing for new product
基于产能，评估新产品的投资及时间
9、Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
及时完成上司分配的其他工作

Requirements要求:
1、Bachelor degree or above 学士或以上学位
2、Major in mechanism, automobile or related majors 机械、汽车或相关专业毕业
3、More than 5 years experience in process development, especially in CNC machining and practice in automobiles field. Familiar with machine and tooling selection and setup
五年以上汽车行业工艺开发尤其是CNC机加工工艺经验,熟悉设备、刀具选型和调试
4、Familiar with SPC and relevant quality tool 熟悉统计过程控制及相关质量工具
5、Experience in Quality System (ISO/TS16949 & ISO14001)
熟悉ISO/TS16949 和ISO14001体系标准要求
6、Good communication skills with team work spirit and discipline
良好的沟通技巧和团体协作精神
7、Good command of English both in spoken and written. Proficient in Excel, Project and Auto-CAD etc
英语流利，熟练掌握Excel, Project和Auto-CAD等
8、Project management experience is preferred
有项目管理经验优先
9、Familiar with FANUC and SIMENSE 840D
熟悉FANUC和西门子840D系统
