Delphi is seeking qualified and motivated candidates to join an exciting Finance Leadership Development Program, which is designed to develop Delphi抯 next generation of leadership.

The program consists of three rotations, with one or two of these rotations outside of an employee抯 home country. Finance Leadership Development Program positions are throughout the finance organization, both centrally and within our divisions, in all functions across the finance organization, including:

?nbsp;Corporate Development (M&A and Strategy)
?nbsp;Financial Planning & Analysis
?nbsp;Investor Relations
?nbsp;Treasury
?nbsp;Accounting
?nbsp;Internal Audit
?nbsp;Tax

The program is led by senior Delphi Finance professionals and mentors and is committed to developing strong leaders for the future with the opportunity for accelerated career growth. Following successful completion of this rigorous program, employees are placed in positions that continue to provide development opportunities and increasing responsibility.

We are looking for:
旻inance or accounting majors strongly preferred,
昅inimum GPA of 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale),
昐trong analytical and problem solving skills,
旸etail oriented,
旳bility to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines,
旹xcellent written and verbal skills,
旵ampus leadership positions.
