职责说明（Job Description）:
1. TEM实验分析师：熟练分析TEM实验结果
2. TEM实验的安排与操作：熟练TEM（STEM、EDS）操作
3. TEM报告的制作与解读
4. 与客户的沟通
5. 客户拜访与报告

基本要求：Basic Requirement：

1. 2年以上实际TEM工作经验：能够熟练掌握TEM理论知识以及操作TEM（STEM、EDS）
2. 材料相关专业背景：具有分析材料TEM数据的能力，熟悉微结构分析相关知识
3. 英语听说流利
4. 硕士或博士
