职位描述
Job Responsibility
包括但不限于以下主要工作职责：
Including but not limit to following responsibility,
*协助薪资福利团队办理薪资福利相关事宜，包括劳动用工管理办理，社会福利变更，员工居住证办理等。
Assist C&B SSC team with the related C&B administration, e.g. employment, social benefit change and residence permit and etc.
*监控HRIS数据质量，提供分析。参与HRIS系统功能测试和问题解决
Management and monitor HRIS data and P-file quality and make analysis. Participate in HRIS system testing and surface issues and obstacles.
*严格执行薪资福利共享中心内部流程及相关政策规定，配合内部和外部相关审计。
Compliance with all related C&B policy and internal process, support with internal / external auditors as required.
*协助薪资福利经理和C&B SSC，提供HRIS分析报表及其他相关报表。
Support C&B manager and SSC with HRIS report and other relative reports.
Job Requirement
*至少1年人力资源相关工作经验，薪资福利工作经验优先.
Minimum of 1 years' HR experience and C&B function relevant is most preferred.
*了解劳动人事相关政策法规，人力资源和薪资福利相关操作。
Good understanding of HR policies and C&B practices in China.
*熟练操作Excel,有EHR系统使用经验优先。
Familiar with Excel, HRIS experience is a plus.
*自律，注重工作结果，具有较强的分析能力和学习能力。
Self-driven, results oriented, with strong analytical sense and be quick learner.
*对HRIS系统有强烈的兴趣。
Strong interest in HRIS system.
