Job Description：

1).Follow up company’s purchase project: search product and suppliers, supplier evaluation and filing.

跟进公司采购项目： 搜寻产品及供应商，做好供应商评估及建立供应商档案；

2).Handle the complete procedure of order processing: inquiry, sample dispatch, place order, monitoring production/shipment schedule in communication with suppliers.

负责订单处理：产品询价、寄样、下订单，与供应商及时沟通确保生产期和交货期;

3).Cost saving for purchasing: to negotiate with supplier for reasonable price.

采购成本控制: 与供应商谈判争取合理价格;

4).Claim: to negotiate with supplier for replacement or compensation when products have quality problem.

处理投诉: 产品出现质量问题负责与供应商协商换货或者索赔;

5).Other work assigned by GM.

总经理安排的其他工作。

Requirements –

a) Bachelor’s degree or higher degree , major in engineering or international trade;
b) At least 3 years relevant working experience in trade industry, familiar with export process and material/ hardware purchase in China, advertising material purchasing experience preferred;
c)Proficiency in spoken and written English;
d) Excellent communication ,negotiation and problem solving skills.
