Over 5 years of warehouse management experience.

主要职责:
1． 负责仓库的日常管理工作，对仓库管理的绩效负责。
Warehouse daily management, be responsible for warehouse performance
2． 监督下属按照公司的要求做好仓库的所有帐目，确保仓库数据的准确度，保证仓库进出物账，一致。
Monitor team members to good manage the daily data & document control, transactions, inventory accuracy, Synchronize with material flow and information flow
3． 负责仓库日常存储的合理规划，确保物品摆放，规划有序。
Warehouse layout well designed, keep goods put to right location and in good order;
4． 负责仓库账的全盘建立与健全，按规定时间向财务及相关部门递交相关明细表及证据。
Be responsible for all of warehouse account , report timely to finance and relevant functions, such as archive documents,etc.
5． 按规定进行盘点，确保盘点账目准确。
Be responsible for warehouse physical count based on company’s policy, ensure the physical count accuracy.
6． 负责仓库5S工作。
Be responsible for 5S.
7． 负责仓库员工绩效考核，指导，反馈并提升工作职责。
Be responsible for warehouse team’s performance, guide and have feedback to improve the personal duty.
8． 对仓库员工工作效率和工作质量负责。
Be responsible for warehouse team’s work efficiency and quality;
9． 对仓库设备及所属工具的完整性负责，指导员工规范操作。
Be responsible for warehouse equipment and tools, guide team members to work in standard.
10． 负责仓库安全管理，并及时和定期回顾和回报仓库的安全运行状况，并采取预防措施。
Be responsible for warehouse safety, timely review and report the warehouse operation status and do proper prevention.
