Description of Principal Duties & Accountabilities:
? Customer order entry and management through to delivery of all orders.
? Ensuring appropriate paperwork is raised and provided to the respective organizations in a timely manner.
? Refer to quotations raised by the sales team on receipt of Customer Purchase orders.
? Provide timely feedback to the company on customer perceptions of the company.
? Consistently communicate a professional image to the customers.
? Highlight major Customer Service issues in a timely manner to the Operation team and work with Customer Care leader to resolve the issues promptly.
? Other work assigned by customer care leader.
Qualifications Required:
? 2-3 years experience in demanding customer service roles.
? Good Mandarin and English.
? Excellent oral and written communication skills.
? The ability to manage various types of customers.
? Ability to handle simultaneous assignments, prioritize work.
? Well-developed interpersonal skills.
? A team player but with the ability to work autonomously.
? Strong PC skills required - Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and with ERP order processing experience
