Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1. Check the reliability of the supplier’s quality control process by performing regular inゝactory quality inspections (visual, functional, in﹍ine, box audit) of ready?o﹕hip goods or by performing inspections of shipment samples).
2. On site train and engage supplier s make improvement to align supplier s quality control process with Herma’s minimum expectations.
3. Random inspection audit after QI inspection, make sure the released products meet customer’s requirements.
4. On time report out to quality manager the quality performance of each of our suppliers and of the shipped products on.
5. In case of customer claims, analyzing root causes and putting corrective action plans in place with Quality manager.
Key Performance Indicators :
1. Random inspection audit to QI every week, and on site quality system training during factory visiting.
2. Closely working with Quality manager and other teams.
3. On time feedback on QI inspection performance and Factory quality system performance.
