MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
The Tenancy Management Specialist is responsible for coordinating the delivery of tenancy service programs, for clients of SIRVA Relocation as allocated.
Acting as the primary point of coordination and accountability to the corporate client's rented properties occupied by their international assignees while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Responsible for being the point of escalation to the SIRVA Team for issues resolution while providing the provision of tenancy services to our corporate clients. you will be responsible for tenancy matters including arranging tenancy agreements, preparing rental evaluations, advocacy, lease renewals, extensions and terminations, preparation of reports, property takeovers/handovers and co-coordinating inspections, daily repair and maintenance and liaise with the accounts team on all financial matters.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Manage residential rental portfolio of corporate clients
Manage and review documentation for new leases, renewals, terminations and pre-termination
Liaise with both internally (Destination Service Consultants), residential consultants, client HR staff, appointed contractors, landlords and agents for the day to day tenancy and property related issues
Establish good landlord/tenant relationships on behalf of the client and SIRVA.
To work according to the requirements of the Company Quality System.
To report real and potential problems, as well as any unsatisfactory practices, to your manager for action.
Maintain the company Property Database
Generate monthly reports on leasing activities for further actions to be taken by client and SIRVA
Participate in housing seminars where required to further knowledge of the housing market.
Position Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor degree
2 to 3 years experience in real estate, Relocation/Real estate/Housing inventory experience
Excellent written and verbal communication: with experience communicating with all levels and across cultures.
Prefer fluent English speaker
Strong conflict resolution skills
Must be a Team player and self-starter with initiative and drive
Good computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access)
