Purpose of the Job
·Prepare, analysis and follow up for costing of products ONIX/Opt-ONIX/ Module/Spare/Service
·Prepare Pricing folder as per RFP of Chinese bid
·Manage the costing BOM and review/ challenge/analysis for costing/risk assumption
·Implement ALSTOM costing tools (ACTEN…)
·Lead PM team to apply PMS tools

Objectives
·Prepare costing file for material/labor/service etc with appropriated clarification with technical team & commercial team for different traction products/ Cubicle/ repair business.
·Review the costing elements with relative departments to challenge the cost engaged for activities requested by RFP/project.
·Demonstrate and improve cost competitiveness by gap analysis, comparison, action plan follow up.
·Prepare the offer for cubicle/repair service/internal offer to ATSA units.
·Interface with Project team to follow-up the cost element in project execution to benchmark costing prepared for next bid.
·Prepare/review/consolidate the costing file in TCE format for onshore scope costing.
·Support Tender team to prepare the final bid document qualified.
·No deviation for EHS
·Other missions assigned by Tender team.

Responsibilities
·Provide qualified costing file (in ALSTOM Format FI07, etc) with right input from other Dept.
·Analysis the gap compared with target and launch the actions and followup with department
·Support tender team to submit qualified bid documentation to meet all QCD requirement
·Reviewing /reporting/analysis Tender costing activities
·Support commercial &technical team to fulfill contract negotiation
·Support project team to review cost of work package

Requirements
·Bachelor degree or above in electrical or related engineering.
·Good communication, accountable, self-motivated and a good team spirit,.
·Good at English.
·Good at using office software.
·Experience on Sourcing/Costing/.
