Purpose of the Job
·Lean Manufacturing Specialist, Drive APSYS (Alstom Production SYStem) deployment within the site. Especially support operational departments toward operational excellence.

Responsibilities
·Contribute to site target definition using site SQCD objectives and APSYS roadmap.
·Contribute to the increase of Lean Manufacturing knowledge within operational functions
·Drive Yearly Actions plan related to Lean Manufacturing & APSYS roadmap
·Drive &/or coach concrete improvement actions in workshop & warehouse, and extended to management scope
·Provide lean manufacturing expertise & support operational department heads in change management.
·Report monthly the status of actions & the maturity level progress to Industrial Director APSYS Central team.
·Responsible of site self-assessment and prepare APSYS audit at site level.
·Benchmark and toolbox evolution:
·Practice (and host) internal and external benchmarks.
·Identify good practices and transmit them to the APSYS Community.
·Prepare and participate to events of the APSYS community.

Requirements
·Bachelor degree majoring in Industrial field (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
·Minimum 5 years work experience in industry with significant experience in lean.
·Strong skills in lean manufacturing,
·Strong in Communication & in piloting cross function projects, Good team spirit
·Fluent English written and spoken communication.
·Good command in MS Office applications, knowledgeable in ERP system
