Deal with sales order processing in order system, including sales order entry, tracking , shipment arrangement etc
在系统中及时处理日常销售订单，准确及时安排物流配送等,

Contract Review: Unitary contract check during whole process.
严格按照操作流程审核销售订单及销售合同，对于存在瑕疵的合同及时发现报告，确保合同审核到为，规避企业运营风险。

Data Management: Maintain customer data into system.
客户数据数据维护，客户信息维护修改等操作。

Prepare Management Reports including the leading time
定期出具订单完成追踪报告，执行时间等统计报告。

Work independently as all logistics contact window to internal & external customers
能够独立处理内部客户和外部客户的需求

Support for efficient execution of inbound customs clearance activity. Work with forwarders and brokers to ensure smooth and fast customs clearance.
负责协调进口货物清关报关，以及海外货运代理一海关批文等协调工作.

Requirements:

·大学本科学历，财会专业优先
·1年以上工作经验，有财务背景工作经验优先考虑
·具有较强的人际沟通及协调能力、团队协作能力、计划与执行能力良好的人际关系技巧
·流利的英语读写能力
·良好的逻辑思维及分析能力
·熟悉PC和Office相关软件，能熟练运用Excel
·对于新系统/信息有快速学习能力
