职位描述
I. Description
- Conduct financial analysis and develop strategies for negotiations with partners, JVs and other third parties on various projects and agreements, including royalties and transfer price
- Develop business case and coordinate cross functional teams on new business development projects
- Gather competitor intelligence and timely update GM China management on important issues at JVs or partner
- Provide financial and strategic support for other corporate initiatives
II. Qualifications
Senior Analysts are expected to be ambitious, quick learners, creative problem solvers, and able to adapt to a fast-paced, high-impact work environment.
III. Other qualifications include:
- Preferably 6+ years of experience in corporate finance
- Good written and verbal English and Chinese (Mandarin) communications skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative & ownership, and generate results
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple projects at once
- Drive for professional growth and a propensity for constant learning
- MBA preferred
