职位描述
I. Background Information
Position Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Shanghai, China
II. Areas of Responsibility
Perform various administrative and project-related activities in support of Administration, typical duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- To execute assignments and projects provided by managers
- To assist some translation work
- To assist team internal meeting
- To assist complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including expense submission
- Type, edit and proofread documents and correspondence
- Other tasks assigned if needed
III. Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Comptencies
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Good English and Chinese oral and written skill
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Highly efficient and organized
- Attention to detail
- Able to produce reports, letters, etc. without mistake
- Strong personal/interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills and coordination capabilities
- Team player and quick learner
- Integrity and reliable
