Your challenge:
? Preparation of calculations and quotations in regard to the required resources as time, personnel, equipment and material, based on the information from Sales and/or Project Manager
? Following-up on quotations and contracts as well as management of all related documents
? Preparation of all internal project information upon order placement for hand-over to the related departments for project execution
? Recording of new inquiries and customer requirements via telephone or email and hand-over to sales
? Customer relationship management and handling of incoming inquiries together with Sales Manager
? Supporting new sales and project acquisition as well as market penetration
? Following-up on sales targets and other related targets assigned by sales management

Your qualification:
? Colleague degree or above
? Fluent English (spoken and written)
? Profound knowledge of MS Office
? Work experience of minimum 1-2 years, preferably in the field of industrial services
? Strong sense of duty
? Quick integration into existing sales team, reporting to Senior Sales Assistant or Sales Manager
? Assimilate and understand new knowledge quickly
