Main duties and responsibilities

l. Responsible for meeting and documents translation – English and Chinese language
2. Producing bilingual (English and Chinese) documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
3. Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and frequent travelling with the managers to take notes or do translation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
4. Coordinate shared tasks between internal departments, and companywide events
5.Maintain calendar and make proactively changes and arrangements and make appointment
6. Perform other administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion
7.Handle confidential information with tact and diplomacy
8.Provide administrative support on every day basis.

--Requirements

l. Bachelor Degree or above;
2. At least 1 years solid working experience as Personal Assistant to top executives or related position in intercultural environment;
3.Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel & Power Point;
4.Intelligent and efficient, energetic, a fast learner;
5.Self-motivated and able to travel and work under pressure and take ownership;
6.Strong interpersonal and communicational skills, can communicate well with people at different levels within the multicultural background;
7.Excellent concentration and the ability to think and act quickly;
8.Discretion and confidentiality, sense of urgency;

9.Excellent spoken & writing English skill, able to do simultaneous interpretation;
