Core Responsibilities:

? investigating insurance claims 开展理赔调查
? claim settling & archiving claim files 理赔核算和资料整理
? calling out a surveyor when major damages occur 重大事故时协调第三方查勘
? taking recovering actions against carrier or his insurance company 向承运人进行追偿工作
? registering claim files and economical transactions in relations with them in the data base 将理赔资料和相关财务信息录入到系统
? issuing and distributing insurance certificate to customers 开具保险证明
? providing financial department with recovery charge and claim payment every month 每月与财务协调理赔与追偿付款
? debiting premium for intermediated 3rd party cargo insurance 通知财务第三方开具保险服务发票
? negotiating with customers/carriers/insurance companies in damage issues 与第三方/承运人/保险公司协商赔付事宜
? KPI implementation 执行全球KPI
? Local Information collection for purchase /renewal of local insurance policies 为本地保单的更新与采购收集相关信息
? Taking out training of the receivers regarding claim handling process 为收货方提供理赔相关流程的培训
? Acting as regional backup contact regarding claim issues 作为APAC地区的理赔区域协调员开展相关工作

Minimum Years of Experience Required
· 3 to 5 years experience in Claim handling or other related areas

Minimum Education Required
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education.
