Overall purpose of the job

Responsible to review, assess and recommend on sales and marketing works, participate in design meetings and review the design development, as well as assist in improving Marketing standard operating procedure for residential projects.

Main responsibilities

1.Review and recommend on the Marketing Brief (market positioning and product mix) and sales strategy submitted by the ground team.

2.Review and provide guidance on Advertising and Promotional works.

3.Review and assess the sales target and pricing submitted by the ground team.

4.Participate in design meetings and review the design development of the project.

5.Assist in standardizing and improving Marketing standard operating procedure.

6.Lead and manage direct subordinates and assist in their career growth.

7.Complete other feasible tasks assigned by company.

Qualification and experience required

1.Bachelor degree or equivalent with major in Marketing or related.

2.At least 8-10 years (P3-M1) experiences in the residential market in either Shanghai or Beijing.

3.Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English (strongly preferred, at least basic).
