Merchandiser-

* Assist Merchandiser in filling paper work from vendor and passing to related persons.
* Assist Merchandiser to collect and sourcing new fabric, maintain the filing system
* Sample status following up, checking and dispatching
* Follow up for LOI/PO and ask for supplier to quote earliest ship date and its weekly update till goods been shipped
* Should avoid any delays happen, work together with planning and Merchandising/PD team at headquarter in USA for the solutions if there is any delay.
* Set up inspection schedule between QA team and factory
* Work with suppliers to submit shipment documents timely fashion in compliance with requirements from customs, forwarder and US logistic dept.
