Main Responsibilities:

Import and export process management:
？- Monitor the shipping procedures for import of material and equipment, and to do custom clearance on time
？- Deal with the INSPECTION AND QUARANTINE issues related to imported material, equipment and ensure on-time delivery.
？- Push to get the shipping document for imported material & equipment (including all spare parts ).
？- To check the import expense & register the logistic cost in BIP.
？- Handle import permits' applications to the relevant government authorities, ensure the application documents correctly prepared, and chase the permits to be approved timely to the schedule of the shipments;
？- Mainly as backup for customer officer for all import process
？- Do custom clearance document
？
Shipment management
？ - Good issue for export biz
？ - Operating delivery and shipment in SAP
？ - Do booking for shipping room for Export (by air & by sea transport)
？ - Do booking forecast for shipping room according to the required from CS & logistis purchase
？ - Record shipment cost in SAP for Export
？
E-account operation management
？ - Operateing import process through E-account system
？ - Monitor bonded material status.
？ - Comply with the regulation on processing of export manufacuture process.
？ - Clear e-account on time and deal with the tax payment from the bonded material to unbounded material.
？ - As backup of all activities for custom officer

Qualifications:
？ College degree
？ At least 3 years relevant working experience in manufacture export process
？ Good computer skills, SAP or similar system experience preferred
？ Good written communication skills in English and Chinese
？ Responsible, strong team work spirit. Willing to work under pressure
