QA 质检员

职位描述
Responsibilities:

-Product Inspections and Follow-up,has idea for factory leavel base on factory audit
-Communicate brand's requirements, key points and comments to factories
-Provide technical advice and suggestions to factories to improve their performance and capability and to solve garment quality problems
-Inspect materials, accessories, and finishing products for washing, color, measurements, labels and overall quality
-Recommend how to make and improve products and their production processes
-Discuss alternatives with factories based on detail defect,set standard for Quality
-Anticipate quality issues that may arise in the manufacturing process,help factory to use correct way to control Quality
-Identify the causes of production problems that could consequently have an impact on costs, delivery and/or product quality
-Identify and provide solutions on production and manufacturing problems that might have impact on delivery and / or product quality
-Issue the inline inspection report per day

Requirements:

-Diploma/Degree in textile, design or garment technology
-At least10 years in garment technology or quality assurance area with garment manufacturer, buying office/agent and trader with good experience in Garment for European market.
-With sound knowledge in Fabric & Garment both on woven/knit
-With sound knowledge of apparel technology and quality standard, textile material, production
-Good knowledge for pattern sewing for GMT
-Listen to others and is receptive to their ideas and perspectives
-Open to ask questions to obtain needed information and flexible to coordinate among relevant parties to resolve problem issues
-Refer problems that cannot be addressed to the appropriate resources in a timely manner
-Very familiar with supplier communication and cooperation for apparel manufacturing in China area
-Good time management skills to allow sufficient time to complete tasks to meet assigned deadlines
-Good energy level to adapt to travel mobility and staying in factory in China .
-Be reliable, high level of integrity, pro-active, enthusiast, team work spirit and independant working style, curious, good performance under pressure.
