Job title: Billing Assistant
Directly report to: Accounting Manager
Promotion Level: Billing Specialist, Billing Manager
Working location: Shanghai

Job description:
1 Operations billing management: Monthly carrier billing collection, classification, filing and management;
2 Review the bill information such as bill discount fees standard, standard; use the type of business, how to connect the operator management informed of the latest promotions, collecting foreign work contact and contact way and so on;
3 Cooperate with business Dept., including the bill of the original transfer receipt;
4 Cooperate with financial Dept. to ensure the timeliness of bill payment, payment of bills daily query;
5 Cooperate with Telecommunication operators to ensure timely write off in accordance with the monthly bill requires operators, and deposit on the cost or pre verification deduction for records management;
6 Monthly billing system landing, making billing data, submit billing data, ensure the accuracy of monthly billing;
7 Assist to Dept. of Commerce to spread the internal process for finance;
8 Complete accurately on monthly job on time, I hope to complete assigned by the other temporary affairs;

Qualification:
1. Full-time bachelor degree, not limited to professional, with 211 colleges and universities financial knowledge is preferred;
2 Have relevant accounting experience in Telecom operators is preferred;
3, Work carefully, being practical, easy to learn;
4 Fluently use office software;
5 Below 35 years old, handsome, good temperament, good communication
