Job Title : Quality Engineer /质量工程师

POSITION ROLE / 职责作用
The quality engineer is to assist Quality Supervisor to lead quality control/improvement and give the solution for quality issues. / 质量工程师需要协助质量主管对于质量问题的控制和改进提出合理化建议并有效实施。

AUTHORITIES / 职责权限
Confirm and verify the product to meet the specification and make decision on product receiving and despatch.
确认并验证生产产品和进出库产品符合规格要求。

MAJOR FUNCTIONS / 岗位职责
· Establish and maintain quality system and environment system, compile procedures and flows regarding to quality area. / 建立并维护质量管理体系和环境体系，并使之贯彻完善实施；
· Monitor production line quality state; make solution when quality issues are raised. / 监控生产线生产质量状态，并及时解决产线上出现的质量问题；
· Tooling Organization before Mass Prod. /批量生产前的组织加工；
· Internal and external audit, third party certificate coordinated. / 协调配合对内对外审计以及第三方资质认证；
· In charge of making solution when quality issue from customer is raised. / 应对解决客户的质量问题投诉；
· Organize and submit PPAP documentation to customer, compile control plan paperwork etc. / 组织、递交PPAP文件给客户，编制并完善质量控制计划；
· Implement quality training to production line operators. / 负责执行生产线员工的产品质量培训；
· Dealing with customer concern, organize the investigation, generate the 8D report. / 处理客户疑义，组织调查后，递交8D报告；
· Follow up all customer issues and request; / 跟踪所有客户的问题和需求直至解决；
· Make report of internal and external quality performances / 递交内审、外审的质量评估报告；
· Create instructions for inspection. / 建立检验流程指导书；
· Assist to preparation for customer audit and visit / 协助准备客户的参观和审核；
· Complete tasks as assigned by manager / 完成部门经理交代的其他工作任务；
· Good verbal and written communication skills in English; / 流利的英文书写沟通能力；
· Teamwork ability and strong communication skill; / 良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通协调能力；
