岗位职责
1、负责平台产品的交互界面设计，分析用户操作习惯和喜好，从用户的角度出发提出最佳的交互设计和界面设计方案；
2、协助项目经理开展用户研究，并根据用户研究的结果对设计方案进行优化；
3、参与界面规范的制定与实施，根据需求和用户研究的结果，完成界面的信息架构、流程设计和原型设计；
岗位要求
1、从事互联网产品设计行业工作2年以上，有web产品、界面、图标的设计经验，在移动端有相关工作经验;
2、精通Photoshop，能熟练使用设计软件进行网页设计或视觉设计，如Flash、Illustrator；
对视觉用户研究、互联网产品可用性有一定经验和见解，了解界面设计对用户操作行为的影响;
3、有丰富的设计理论知识和对流行趋势敏锐的洞察力，对UI设计趋势有灵敏触觉和领悟能力；

“国家动漫游戏综合服务平台”是经十一届全国人大四次会议审核通过，财政部、文化部批准，由中国动漫集团 (http://www.acgnet.cn) 负责建设运营的国有资本金项目。重点服务于动漫企业机构和专业个人用户。
    国家动漫游戏知识产权交易平台，是国家动漫游戏综合服务平台的交易平台板块，服务对象为著作权或商标权的所有权人、著作权或商标权的代理机构、著作权或商标权的衍生品贸易企业及制作工厂，与著作权、商标权推广有关的公关、广告、活动类企业，及各类衍生品零售商及卖场及其他相关企业。平台的设立旨在促成动漫游戏知识产权规范化交易，帮助会员解决知识产权交易中产生的争议，协助动漫游戏产业链上各类型企业的发展。

The role of Huayou capital is to establish an animation platform in China, manage and make the industry standard and requirement of animation companies. ACG founding Huayou capital is for more business purposes, such as looking for good potential projects and investing them, ACG-IP trading, conducting industrial exhibition under the group and their name. It is the only official national animation company in China.

ACG is an animation industry platform of management, authorization, exhibition, consulting, marketing, education and investing. For the domestic and foreign companies, we are working on establishing a system of marketing strategy, helping the members to get success on animation marketing development. We have good relationship with many marketing channels, media, websites, TV programs, and manufacturing providers etc. To share all the resources to our partners, Huayou capital is building a service center in Shanghai for all the animation companies.
