岗位描述：

1．协助主管进行产品询价,规格单翻译，样品的制作和评估.
2．按照进口国的标准和客户的QA要求,完成产品送检和整改
3．按照进口国的标准和客户的QA要求，监督和协助供应商通过各类工厂审核。
4．协调工厂与QC人员，保证产品质量与交期。
5．日常订单操作以及交期的管理。
6．与客户协调订单交期，出货品质管理等事宜。
7．与国外总公司就开发，出货，售后服务等其他事宜的配合
8．后期产品档案归纳整理。

9. ERP系统操作

任职资格：

1. 女性，有外贸服装产品行业至少1-2年工作经验，熟悉国际贸易操作流程。
2. 了解工厂运作流程和基本产品工艺
3. 英语4-6级水平，口语较好，能与本公司外籍员工以及客户熟练沟通。
4. 国际贸易，服装工厂及服装专业背景优先考虑。
5. 动手能力强。
6. 良好的沟通能力
7. 很强的责任心。
8. 思路清楚，条理清晰，工作有效率。
9. 计划性强,能有效安排日常工作, 确保能按时出色完成任务.能经常出差
Assistant Merchandiser

Job duties:

responsible for assisting partnership factory near shanghai with following:
1.Samples follow up

a)Work on samples so partner factory could finish samples timely for Markets and for Soft-Tex customers case by case;
b)Keep record of sample request, and update headquarters managers about sample status.
2.Orders/shipments follow up
a)Keep record of orders placed to this factory, and update headquarters about delivery date daily;
b)Work with freight forwarders on ETA requested and keep record of shipment schedule;
3.Testing follow up
a)Keep record of tested patterns, remind and help this factory to submit new testing timely;
b)Update testing status with headquarters weekly;
4.Other tasks assigned by managers;
Qualifications and Skills/requirements:

1. College graduates with fluent spoken and writen English,CET-6 preferred Be willing to work under pressure;

2. Minimum 3 years working experience in home textile or memory foam products industry, relevant manufacturing industry, at buying office/trading company preferred;

3. Familiar with woven and knit fabrics and mromory for fast fashion products, or willing to learn;

4. Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook;

5. Easy-going and self motivated character, team work oriented, be able to identify and resolve potential problems independently and proactively.
