Job Description:
ACCIÓ is in search of a senior consultant for its Shanghai office.
Reporting to:
Chief Representative, Shanghai office
Responsibilities:
-Manage client engagement and project execution.
-Responsible for assessing the client's state of readiness with respect to people, resources, planning, data collection and strategy, while identifying high-risk areas, unidentified issues and areas for overall improvement.
-Responsible for creating work products that document the engagement procedures performed against objectives.
-Maintain relationships with client personnel.
-Motivate team with diverse skills and backgrounds, while staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. Use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of services.
Desired Skills and Expertise:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in engineering, business, finance, management or a related field.
-Minimum 5 to 8 years business experience, preferably from Industrial Sectors, or consulting areas.
-Solid business experience in China and speak and write fluently in English and Mandarin.
-A demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
-Experience in managing client in complex business environments, ability to develop approaches and extractinformation in projectsmanagement.
-Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
-Team player, Organized, focused and able to multi-task.
-Spanish skills are preferred, but not mandatory.
